Coconut Custard Pie
This pie makes it’s own crust!
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine all ingredients in order listed.
Mix well.
Pour into a well greased 10-inch pie pan.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
