Mastro’s Butter Cake
Classic butter cake recipe that’s delicious. And, yes, there really are 3 cups of butter in this recipe. Serve plain, or with some fresh berries and whipped cream.

- 3 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 cups flour

Preheat oven to 325°F.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Add Philadelphia cream cheese; beat well. Add 3 cups flour; beat well.
Bake in a smallish, round bundt cake pan 1½ hours.
