P.F. Chang’s Spicy Dip for Fried Green Beans
This rich mayo dipping sauce with garlic, hot sauce, horseradish, and green onions goes quite well with any fried vegetables. Try it with fried green beans or artichokes!
- 1 cup Japanese mayonnaise, like Kewpie
- 2 1/2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 6 green onion whites, coarsely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon white horse radish

Blend all together and let sit to chill before serving.
