Pineapple Cream Cake
This recipe makes two 9 X 13 cakes….
- 4 C milk
- 2 – 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 small instant pudding ( vanilla )
- 1 Cool Whip
- 1 – 15 oz crushed pineapple
- 2 cake mixes ( vanilla )
Preparation time 30mins
Cooking time 50mins

Mix batter of cake according to directions putting 1/4″ of batter into 9 X 13 pans. Check after 15 – 20 minutes since batter is thin.
Beat cream cheese till smooth at low speed, add milk and blend. Add pudding, beating till thick (may need refrigerated for 5-10 mins to hasten thickening).
Spread mixture over cooled cake, add pineapple, top with cool whip and enjoy.
